Time: 1:00-5:00
Age min: 12
About: We are holing a Mini event! These are why we call practices... well, practices. There practices for the events!
About: Local events are more lade back than regional events, as a result Arderyth Christmas Event age limits are more lax (min age 12). However, we will still aim to make it a Belegarth party! We are planing to include team tournaments, dueling tournaments, all out large scale battles, and hours of fighting.
Date: Dec 19
Times: 1-5pm
We plan to hang out in full garb at a local restaurant across the street afterwards.
Location: East Lake Park Airdrie
Age Minimum: 12 years of age.
Non-combatants can be any age
Waiver: In order to participate in the combat you must sign an Arderyth waiver. Players under 18 years of age must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian.
Minimum Garb Requirements: Basic uniform is requested, but we know it is winter so warmth first. If you can not come up with anything, we will have some garb to loan on a first come first serve basis.

First signs of winter
It will be cold this weekend, but not below our cutoff of -8.
Practices are going ahead.
Please dress in layers as you might be cold initially, but as you get worked up fighting, you will start to sweat if you're wearing a winter coat.

2 more days, then the Battle of Strathclyde!
Well... I think I am almost ready! I am really exited to see how this goes, had trouble getting to sleep last night thinking of last minute things to do! 2 more announcements about the event:
1, water, the water fountain does not work in the gym (water was never hooked up, don't know why) but I will bring some, however if you can bring a water bottle it will sure help the water go that much further (also, I am not sure if I have enough cups).
2. The Gymnasium has its own entrance on the SE side of the building. Please only use the gymnasium doors, as there are other events happening throughout the building that we do not want to disturb.
The Gym is large and carpeted, has change rooms and bleachers. We will set up Troll (Sign in, weapon, armor and garb check) out side of the Gym doors at 12:50. Weather permitting.
And if you want a map, here is one:

Battle of Strathclyde mini event
On May 2nd 2009 join fighters from across the provence in the Battle of Strathclyde, Alberta Belegarth’s first ever Mini Event!
A Belegarth "mini event" includes team tournaments, dueling tournaments, all out large full-scale battles, and hours of fighting. We are aiming for 20+ attendance, which would make our biggest battles yet look very small.

Belegarth.ca/
Hey all, I purchased http://belegarth.ca/ the other day. Why? Because people are lazy and Belegarth.ca/ is WAY easier than http://albertabelegarth.googlepages.com/index and looks a lot more professional. Check it out and tell me what you think!
